All pool and spa installation must conform to current Tile Council of North America installation guidelines.

INSTALLATION ADVISORY: The installation of porcelain and glass tile plays a vital role in the long lasting beauty and performance of every tile project. The installation of Artistry In Mosaics products must adhere to the following standards for setting materials and installation methods set forth and maintained by the American National Standards Institute, Inc. (ANSI) in order to be covered by this warranty.

ANSI Standard A108.16 – Installation of Paper-Faced, Back-Mounted, Edge-Mounted, or Clear Film Face-Mounted Glass Mosaic Tile (Use this method for porcelain and glass mosaic products)

FULL TWO-YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL ARTISTRY IN MOSAICS PRODUCTS

Artistry In Mosaics warrants all of its products to be free of defects for a period of two years from the date of original purchase.

In the rare event of a manufacturer’s defect, AIM will provide replacement tile at no cost to the client. Labor costs for removal of existing product and installation of replacement product is not included in this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage such as breakage, scratches or discoloration due to physical or chemical misuse/abuse of the tile, improper installation, damage caused by substrate movement, damage caused in transit or damage caused by extraordinary acts of nature.

In many cases, shade and size variation are inherent characteristics of the tile product. These are anticipated characteristics that are intended to enhance the unique beauty and appeal of the tile design. All products must be inspected prior to installation. Visual defects or nonconformities apparent prior to installation will not be warranted after installation. Use constitutes acceptance.

Reasonable efforts will be made to color-match replacement tile, but cannot be guaranteed.
Artistry In Mosaics shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Artistry In Mosaics.
