No, all Artistry products require no maintenance or special care once installed. They will not fade or peel, and are impervious to normal pool chemicals and cleaning agents.
All Artistry In Mosaics products are guaranteed to be free from defects in tile integrity or color loss for the life of the application. Should any defects in material or workmanship occur, Artistry In Mosaics will replace all or part of the mosaic as necessary. Normal signs of wear such as scratches and some loss of luster may occur and should be expected over time depending on area of application and traffic. Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction.

Sure, no problem. Special orders such as color changes, adding slip resistance or reversing the direction of a mosaic design is done upon request and normally requires a 3 week lead-time and a mild upcharge.
Our mosaics are typically mesh backed for ease of handling and installation, then vacuum sealed to cardboard to ensure that they travel well and arrive safe and sound.
Sure. Typically, our tile murals and sheet tile products are installed by a licensed tile contractor, but that does not mean that a competent Do-It-Yourselfer armed with good information and the right tools should not expect to be able to do the installation of his mosaic him (or her) self.
